I help high-achieving women optimize their natural hormone health so they can show up with more energy, clarity, and confidence - without burnout. Through Rooted Nutrition with Nikko, I coach women on simple, sustainable strategies to support their hormone health, boost resilience, and maximize success in both their personal and professional lives.
I share with women how small shifts in nutrition, stress management, and hormone-safe living can lead to better focus, increased productivity, and long-term vitality - because when women feel their best, they perform their best.

As a holistic nutritionist and wellness coach, I am able to guide women through hormonal changes with nutrition, lifestyle, and strength-focused habits that support hormone health, energy, and resilience.

Things I coach on;
I entered perimenopause having never heard the word, let alone understanding all of the biologically driven changes our bodies are going through during this transitional season of life. Menopause is natural, inevitable and dynamic.
My menopause journey began harder than it needed to be.
Therefore, I have read, learned and gotten certified as a menopause coaching specialist to ensure I can help you thrive through and FEEL empowered on your hormonal journey.
Discover the power of food and learn how to make healthier choices without sacrificing the things we love. When we shift our focus to abundance and simple tips, like what order we should eat our food, we can eat in a way that supports our hormone health rather than undermines it.
Exercise doesn't have to feel like a chore and we certainly are not working out for weight loss. We ARE working out for the many GAINS that come from a consistent and dedicated fitness plan!! And friends, let's NOT underestimate the power of a walk.
Stress can and will take a toll on our health and well-being. Together, we will help you develop healthy coping strategies and mindfulness practices to manage stress and improve the overall quality of your life.
Sleep is one of the most powerful - and measurable - predictors of long term health, especially in (peri)menopause. I coach women to work with their changing hormones to support deeper, more restorative sleep through practical nutrition, lifestyle shifts and simple, sustainable strategies that actually fit real life.
What we put in, on and around our bodies impacts our hormone health. There are many simple swaps and replacements we can make over time to reduce the strain on our bodies. I often get asked what I use, what I trust, which is why I chose to partner with a quality lifestyle brand.
